This implementation requires the control system to perform inertia pre control on the equipment spindle, cut off the spindle power in advance, and use inertia combined with frequency converter DC braking to achieve precise parking of the spindle.

The common functions of automatic winding machines include preset coil count, automatic parking, forward and reverse winding, automatic slot crossing, etc. In practical use, the first thing to pay attention to is to start and stop the winding slowly. The function of starting the winding slowly is to slow down the equipment after startup, in order to reduce the impact on the tension structure and enameled wire. The general situation can be set to 1 to 3 turns according to actual needs, The stop idle function is for the equipment to run slowly before the end of the winding sequence. This function can reduce the impact on the brake and ensure a smooth end of the winding process, especially for the winding process that requires precise positioning. This parameter must be set, and should be adjusted accordingly according to the different operating speeds of the equipment. Generally, it is 2 to 5 turns, followed by the direction of wire arrangement and winding, These two parameters are the settings for the displacement direction of the winding and the rotation direction of the spindle.

The workbench and foundation of the winding machine should have stability and durability, be waterproof, anti-skid, and resistant to harmful object erosion, without deformation or local settlement. When the winding machine is placed in an environment that may be exposed to chemical liquids, oil, or corrosion, the foundation should be protected with a protective layer. For example, apply acid and oil resistant cement slurry sand on the surface of the foundation, and set up drainage and collection grooves.
