Below are the speed control methods for fully automatic winding machines:

The speed regulation method of AC motor itself does not have speed regulation function. It is necessary to use electromagnetic speed regulation equipment or install a frequency converter to achieve speed regulation function. In the winding equipment, we commonly use frequency converter speed regulation method. The control system of the winding equipment controls the frequency converter to make the motor have speed regulation function, which also has a certain energy-saving effect.

The speed control method of DC motors requires converting the supplied power into DC power to drive the motor. Therefore, DC motors are equipped with DC speed control boards or brushless drivers to drive and control the motor. Due to the small size of the motor, it is widely used in small winding equipment.

The commonly used functions of fully automatic winding machines produced by manufacturers of automatic winding machines include preset number of turns, active parking, forward and reverse winding, active slot crossing, etc. In practical use, the first thing to pay attention to is to start and stop the winding slowly. The function of starting the winding slowly is to slow down the equipment after starting, with the intention of reducing the impact on the tension structure and enameled wire. The general situation can be set to 1 to 3 turns according to actual needs, The parking idle function refers to the slow operation of the equipment before the end of the winding sequence. This function can reduce the impact on the brake and make the equipment smoothly end the winding, especially for the winding process that requires precise positioning. This parameter must be set, and should be adjusted accordingly according to the different operating speeds of the equipment. Generally, it is 2 to 5 turns, followed by the direction of wire arrangement and winding, These two parameters are the settings for the displacement direction of the winding and the rotation direction of the spindle.
