The control card is connected with the servo driver, grating ruler, encoder, limit signal, control switch signal and status output signal through the special adapter board provided by Gogol Company. The connection between the control card and the adapter board is two special shielding cables for anti-plugging.

After introducing the general automatic winding machine and winding process, the technical difficulties to be solved by the winding machine control system are put forward. The first difficulty is to solve the problem of synchronous start and stop of the fixed seat and tail seat motor when clamping core rod rotation. In addition to ensuring the coaxiality of the winding machine structure, that is, no obvious relative speed is allowed between the two in the synchronous rotation process. If the relative motion is generated, it will lead to the destruction of the core rod in serious cases and directly lead to the winding failure. If it is light, the pitch of the helix is not up to standard, that is, the pitch is out of tolerance!


The second difficulty is the speed matching problem of the ball screw to the fixed seat motor in the horizontal direction, which requires the linear motion accuracy of the horizontal workbench, the speed matching problem when corresponding to different winding modes, and the stability of the corresponding speed, that is, how to reduce the influence of speed disturbance on the winding pitch. Because of the mismatch of speed and the inaccuracy of motion precision, the winding coil can not meet the process error requirements. For the motion accuracy, we have to mention the mechanical fit error of ball screw itself, the forward error in the process of motion, the return clearance and other adverse factors. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the positive compensation technology of the lead screw and the horizontal motion table. There is also the absolute zero location technology. The compensation base is provided for error compensation.


Difficulty 3: Constant tension in the winding process, because the instability of the tension will directly affect the consistency of the winding product. As a result, the product cannot be used. On the one hand, the design of the winding machine needs to ensure that there is no large disturbance in the process of wiring, that is, the smooth process of wiring is guaranteed by clever mechanical design. Secondly, the tension sensor is used to monitor the real-time tension data, and the closed-loop constant tension control system is built to achieve constant tension wiring.


Fourth, due to the relatively high hardness of the tungsten strip, large deformation occurs instantly at the contact point of the winding core rod, which is easy to lead to the fracture of the tungsten strip, resulting in unnecessary material waste. Therefore, the system is required to have the heating function to heat the tungsten strip. And the heating temperature needs to remain constant, which requires the construction of a constant temperature control system.
