In recent years, the rapid development of national power has increased the number of ceramic dispensing valves used. It also makes the technical requirements of valves higher and higher, and ordinary metal valves are also facing the embarrassing problem of technology upgrading and moving closer to the new technology of ceramic dispensing valves. When it comes to pneumatic ash transportation, we have to mention the composition and working principle of the warehouse pump. The warehouse pump is generally composed of a feed valve, a pressurizing valve, a blow-off valve, a delivery valve, a pump body and pipelines, etc. The control air source is the air source for delivery (it can also be set separately). The pneumatic conveying pump is mainly used for the conveying of fly ash in this system. It has a high degree of automation and uses PLC to control the entire conveying process to implement fully automatic control. It is mainly composed of feeding device, pneumatic discharge valve, pump body, gasification device, pipeline system and valves. The delivery process of the warehouse pump is divided into four stages:

Feeding stage: After the warehouse pump is put into operation, the feeding valve opens, and the material falls into the pump body freely. When the material level gauge sends out a signal of full material or reaches the set time, the feeding valve automatically closes. In this process, the material level gauge is the main control component, and the feeding time control is the backup measure. As long as the material level is up or the feeding time is up, the feeding valve will be automatically closed. The main application products are rotary pendulum valves and ceramic double disc gate valves;


Fluidization and pressurization stage: the pressurization valve of the pump body is opened, the compressed air enters from the vaporization chamber at the bottom of the pump body, diffuses and passes through the fluidized bed, and the air pressure in the pump gradually rises while the material is fully fluidized. The main application products are ceramic ball valves and ceramic double disc gate valves.


Delivery stage: When the pressure in the pump reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor sends out a signal, and the blow-off valve opens. After a delay of a few seconds, the discharge valve automatically opens, and the fluidization of the material on the fluidized bed is strengthened, and the delivery starts. The material is gradually reduced. During this process, the material on the fluidized bed is always in side flow


Purging stage: When the material in the pump is delivered and the pressure drops to equal or close to the resistance of the pipeline, the pressurizing valve and the blowing plugging valve are closed, and the discharge valve is closed after a certain time delay, thus completing a working cycle.
