The SS900S6 Slider type automatic toroidal winding machine adopts CNC toroid controller, it is slider type winding shuttle.It’s an accurately and reliability digital toroid-winding machine. it is used for winding toroidal inductor, toroidal transformer,toroidal current transformer, toroidal current sensor, toroidal coil, toroid chock coil, power inductors, power magnetics,UPS inductor, converter inductors, watter metter sensors, etc.
Features of SS900S6 slider type automatic toroidal winding machine :
1. Collocate slider type winding head,interchangeable roller table with different size shuttle(magazine) for different toroid coil demensions, wire size, turns, so that to reduce the cost. one set standard automatic toroid coil winding machne include one PCS winding shuttle only, other sizes winding shuttles are optional.
2. Hi-tech shuttle for highest efficiency.
3. Separate speed controls for wire loading and winding.
4. Accurately count length of loading wire by length sensor, the wire length sensor be integrated in the winding motor.
5. Accurately count turns of winding by high frequency response photo-electricity sensor.
6. Programmable winding direction, winding returns range (turns or angle) and segment winding angle.
7. Accurately wire spacing by programmable controller.
8. Memory capacity accommodates 999 sequences of parameters with off-power memory retention.
