The magnetic tensioner NMTE series uses permanent magnets to control tension strength by varying the gap in between the magnets and the main tension wheel. The non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent and precise tension.
NMTE series is upgraded version of NMTC series, features a built-in photoelectric sensor for wire breakage detection and an LED indicator for wire breakage indication. Improved and upgraded design in main tension wheel and wire guide roller, eliminated wire jumps and jams to ensure smooth winding. Mounting of wire break detection switch also been re-designed to improve its lifespan.
