Development status of automatic winding machine for transformer abroad

In the aspect of tension control of automatic winding machine, a high-precision automatic tracking control system for high-speed winding machine was designed in 2001 to identify the parameters of winding machine servo mechanism, and combined with the designed system disturbance state observer. The track tracking control of winding machine can be realized under the condition of large system interference. In 2005, the design of winding machine controller was put forward, and the design method based on LTV model was put forward. The experiment shows that the improved LTV model is suitable for improving the control of web tension. In 2010, compared with the further optimization of the winding machine mass conservation torque balance damping model, the network was designed based on multivariable control method. The experimental results show that the controller is still robust in the case of system disturbance.

In the aspect of tension control of non-circular coil winding, the tension control of rectangular winding machine was studied in 2008, and a new method of tension fluctuation model caused by acceleration and deceleration factors was put forward. The designed new system increased the winding speed by nearly two times within the allowable tension fluctuation range, and improved the production efficiency. In 2009, experts asked how to control the fluctuation of the conductor when the conductor suddenly broke or stretched greatly, and put forward an initial position tensioning device to keep the angle of the manipulator and the tension of the steel wire within the error range of the specified value.
