1, the coil size problem

2. Cause analysis of coil size problem


When the current value related to the tension of the winding machine is set to 0.45A, it is found in the winding process that the force on the wire coil is uneven due to the too small tension, and when the wire coil rotates, the wire falls off more due to the phenomenon that the inertia wire coil idles, which leads to the wire between the wire coil and the wire clamper not being in an ideal state, but drooping radian, so the force on the wire is uneven in the winding process, and the compactness of the wound wire cake is not enough, thus causing the size of the coil B to be larger than the technical requirement value.






Semi-automatic winding machine is a widely used model, also called CNC automatic winding machine. It can be connected automatically, and different mechanical structures can meet different winding requirements. It is efficient, easy to maintain and cost-effective. Domestic manufacturers generally use CNC controllers, and some manufacturers use self-developed controllers as the control core. As a widely used model in the market, the price of this model is far lower than that of tens of thousands of automatic winding maneuvers, depending on the application. The price is between thousands and tens of thousands. The disadvantage of this model is that it must be equipped with an operator.
