At present, this type of tension device is generally realized by friction damping, and some of them are realized by electromagnetic brakes. This tension device is low in cost and simple in structure, and requires regular maintenance and replacement of friction plates.

Second, the vertical pay-off tension device

The structure of vertical pay-off tension device is the most common, which is suitable for paying-off of enameled wire of plastic barrel type. The advantage is that the wire is not easy to knot, and the pay-off device needs a certain routing space when paying-off. This type of pay-off structure requires the enameled wire barrel to be placed vertically, and the enameled wire can be routed at a 90-degree angle through devices such as Zhang Liqi and wire passing wheel. Due to the wide use of the vertical pay-off tension device, its Zhang Liqi performance has been rapidly developed with the investment of various technologies. There are common types of Zhang Liqi such as friction type, electromagnetic type, magnetic damping type and servo type. According to different application fields and performance requirements, different types of Zhang Liqi are configured, and the price ranges from tens to hundreds of yuan.
