1. After hanging the thread and just before the entanglement begins, the support force size should be checked first. You can use your fingers to cross the thread and check if it has ductility. During the entire process of winding, it is necessary to adjust the support force appropriately. The higher the tension, the better the alignment of the voice coil, while ensuring that the cable is not torn off.

If the resistor, integrity, and total number of turns of the coil are normal, and there is a small deviation in the coil amplitude (such as 0.01mm), if the coil amplitude exceeds the specific requirements, a small amount of adjustment can be made to increase the tension; If the coil length is lower than the specific requirements, a small amount of adjustment can be made to reduce the tension.

4. For example, a tensioner with an available wire diameter of 0.06-0.13mm has two adjusting nuts, adjusting nut 1 and adjusting nut 2. Adjust the scale marked with 0-5 gears on nut 1, with a tension range of 20-130g, and all scales have tension values of approximately 26g (reference value). Twist nut 1 to the right, the tension value will increase; On the contrary, twisting nut 1 to the left reduces the tension value.

5. Adjust the ruler marked with 0-5 gears on nut 2, which is used to control the bending of the fishing rod. The adjustment range is about 0-30 °. For the same tension situation, the larger the reading of the ruler on nut 2, the smaller the bending angle; The smaller the reading, the greater the curvature.

6. Under normal winding conditions, it is appropriate to align the thread on the fishing rod with the thread entering the thread hole of the oil cup.
