Requirements for the operating environment of automatic winding machines

Automatic wire winding machine is a machine that wraps linear objects onto specific workpieces. Applied to electroacoustic enterprises, most electrical products require enameled copper wire (abbreviated as enameled wire) to be wound into inductance coils, which requires the use of a winding machine. For example: various electric motors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, transformers of various sizes, televisions. The mid range and inductance coils used in radios, line output transformers (high-voltage packs), high-voltage coils on electronic igniters and mosquito killers, voice coils on speakers, headphones, microphones, and various welding machines cannot be cited one by one. All of these coils need to be wound using a winding machine.

For enterprises using winding machines, the requirement for the site is to build a foundation or workbench suitable for the operation and placement of winding equipment to meet the environmental requirements of the winding machine for the site. The specific requirements are generally as follows:

1. The workbench and foundation of the winding machine must be compatible with the base of the model of winding machine, and ensure that the winding machine installed on it is firm and reliable, and that there is reliable grounding equipment around it, ensuring that there are no major interference sources around.

2. The worktable and foundation of the winding machine should have sufficient strength and rigidity to avoid violent vibration when the winding machine moves at high speed, so as to ensure that the vibration of the winding machine will not affect its accuracy and life, and will not affect the quality of the coil due to vibration. The adjacent equipment and buildings should not have adverse effects on the winding machine.

3. The workbench and foundation of the winding machine should have stability and durability, waterproof, anti slip, and harmful object erosion, ensuring no deformation or local settlement. When the winding machine is placed in an environment that may be exposed to chemical liquids, oil, or corrosion, the foundation should be protected with a protective layer. For example, apply acid and oil resistant cement slurry sand on the surface of the foundation, and set up drainage and collection grooves.

4. The center of gravity of the winding machine and the total center of gravity of the workbench and foundation shall be located in the same vertical line as far as possible with the centripetal of the ground base.

5. The foundation of large wire winding machines should be pre pressed before machine installation. The pre pressing mass is 1.25 times the total mass of the winding machine and the maximum mass of the customer's workpiece. The preloading material can be made of steel, sand, and small stones. The preloaded material should be evenly pressed on the foundation to ensure uniform settlement of the foundation. The preloading work should be carried out until the foundation no longer continues to sink.
