The preloading work should be carried out until the foundation no longer continues to sink.

The workbench and foundation of the winding machine should have stability and durability, waterproof, anti slip, and harmful object erosion, ensuring no deformation or local settlement. When the winding machine is placed in an environment that may be exposed to chemical liquids, oil, or corrosion, the foundation should be protected with a protective layer. For example, apply acid and oil resistant cement slurry sand on the surface of the foundation, and set up drainage and collection grooves.
