A wire winding machine is a machine that wraps linear objects onto a specific workpiece (coil support 200), with a wide range of applications. The commonly used wire winding machines are mostly enameled copper wire, textile wire, as well as electric hot wires, soldering wires, wires, cables, etc. used for winding electric heating appliances. There are various types of wire winding machines, which can be classified into general and specialized types according to their purposes. General type refers to wire winding machines suitable for installing multiple frame wires, while specialized type refers to wire winding machines equipped with fixed specialized wire winding clamps that can only wind one type of coil. In addition to being used in the aforementioned fields, winding machines are also used for winding induction coils of devices such as smartphones, such as wireless charging induction coils, speaker coils, camera induction coils, etc. With the diversified development of existing intelligent devices, there are more and more types of coil supports, and each type of winding support needs to be equipped with corresponding winding devices. Therefore, the existing winding devices can no longer meet the demand.

The multi axis winding machines of fully automatic winding machine manufacturers are generally designed for winding types of coils with special requirements, and are mostly operated by one person and one machine. From the perspective of usage, multi axis winding machines are more commonly used. In terms of transmission, the spindle movement can be driven by a single spindle motor or a dual spindle motor. The wire arrangement mechanism generally adopts a structure of a single stepper motor driving a dual row wire rod, and the motion control methods of the two transmission forms are the same. The characteristic of a dual spindle motor is discrete rotation and non-interference in motion. A single spindle motor is driven by a transmission belt or other mechanism to move the dual spindle. If a belt drive connection is used, the belt drive may slip or lose step during high-speed rotation, resulting in unevenness in the wiring layer. Therefore, when the flatness of the coil layer is high, the main shaft movement of the multi axis winding machine should be driven separately.

As is well known, noise is caused by vibration. So what causes vibration? In fact, there are four common causes of vibration, namely: misalignment, imbalance, bearing failure, and mechanical looseness.

1. Misalignment - The alignment of the machine is very important, as the increased rotational force can exert abnormal stress on the bearings and seals. The types of misalignment include: parallel misalignment, angular misalignment, parallel misalignment, and angular misalignment.

2. Classification of bearing faults: a. Fatigue peeling, wear, plastic deformation, rust, bonding, and cage damage of rolling bearings. b. Loose bus alloy, damaged bus alloy, loose bearing shell fit, and excessive bearing clearance in sliding bearings.

3. Mechanical looseness - due to looseness, very obvious 1X fundamental frequency peaks are generated. There are two types of looseness in practice: rotational looseness and non rotational looseness. Bearing wear may lead to rotational looseness, and this fault will first detect signs of bearing wear during detection before bearing looseness occurs.

4. Mass imbalance - The so-called imbalance refers to an abnormal state caused by the non coincidence of mass and geometric centerline. When the main shaft of the winding machine rotates, its "center of gravity" generates a centrifugal force that acts on the bearing, and the magnitude of this force changes steadily with the rotation of the main shaft. There are three types of imbalance: static imbalance or force imbalance, torque imbalance or even imbalance, and dynamic imbalance.
