During the use of SET-M series servo tensioner, there are certain matters that must be paid attention to. Understanding these precautions allows us to operate the machine better and avoid damage.

1. Do not touch the tension rod and tension wheel under working conditions;

2. The textile tensioner falls and avoids damage caused by strong impact;

3. The winding speed should not exceed 5 m/s (this is the speed limit of the standard model, if you have other needs, please contact our company for customization). The starting speed of the winding machine should not exceed 1 m/s;

4. When the enameled wire passes through the anti-jumper and the wire passing wheel, it is necessary to check whether the enameled wire is hung on each guide wheel to ensure that the guide wheel can rotate normally during work without being stuck;

5. There should be no oil on the tension wheel, otherwise it will affect the normal use. If there is oil, use cotton thread dipped in absolute alcohol, and pull back and forth in the groove of the tension wheel to clean the grease on the O-ring;

SET-M series servo tensioner product installation:

Step 1. Insert the mounting base into the fixed pole and rotate it with the fixed handle;

Step 2. Loosen the fixing screw on the tension rod fixing seat, insert the tension rod into the rotating shaft, then align the fixing screw with the installation plane on the side of the rotating shaft and tighten it with a tool; the end of the tension rod should be flush with the outlet of the rotating shaft;

Step 3. Select the appropriate extension spring according to the wire diameter range and tension range of the selected tensioner. The large extension spring controls the wire with larger tension/thicker wire. Hang the first end of the selected extension spring on the tensioner. On the small hole of the spring fixing block, the other end is hung on the tension spring hanging hole of the tension rod.

Step 4. Connect the CN1 connector to the power input cable, and the CN2 connector to the signal input shielded cable.
