Automatic winding machine fault classification and solution

A) Daily inspection: daily protection and maintenance shall be carried out after eight operation hours. After the work of the day, turn off the power supply of the computer and the machine, vacuum the dust on the back of the machine and wipe the dust on the surface of the equipment with a white cloth. If the environment is poor, maintenance operations should be carried out more frequently. Note: Do not use organic solvent for wiping, which may damage the paint on the surface of the equipment.


B) Weekly inspection: weekly protective maintenance shall be carried out after every 40 operating hours. If the environment is poor, the period of pneumatic lubricating device shall be shortened. Note: The lubricant and lubricating oil used must be of good quality. Otherwise, it will increase the surface friction of the screw rod or guide rail, thus shortening the service life of the screw rod and affecting the accurate positioning of the machine. Warning: Do not use phosphoric acid and oxidized hydrocarbon synthetic agent in the gas circuit of lubricating device or factory. Check the equipment in the lubricating device and add 100CKR lubricating oil if necessary


C) Monthly inspection: monthly protective maintenance shall be carried out every 200 operating hours. If the environment is poor, the period of pneumatic lubrication device shall be shortened. Check the flow of pneumatic lubricating oil through the observation hole. The flow rate should be 3-5 drops in five minutes. Screw the groove screw at the top of the lubricating device to the rear of the funnel to adjust the flow rate. At the beginning, it should be adjusted to 1/4 - 1/2 open. The clockwise screw needle will increase/decrease the flow rate of lubricating oil.

1、 Complete machine reset method


In general, the fault of the winding machine caused by the transient fault can be removed by hardware reset or switching the system power supply in turn. If the system working storage area is confused due to unstable voltage and undervoltage of the unplugged circuit board or rectifier switch power supply, the system must be initialized and cleared. Before clearing, the current data backup record should be made. If the fault cannot be eliminated after reset and initialization, Perform hardware replacement diagnosis.


2、 Preparation of commissioning procedure


Compiling a reasonable program and running it successfully is the basis to determine whether the system functions of the whole machine are in good condition. Some wrong winding parameters may cause system failures or some functions are invalid. Sometimes, the fault shutdown caused by user program errors can be checked by compiling a trial run program to correct user program errors to ensure its normal operation.


3、 Make good use of adjustable parts


For example, the adjustment of the winding tension, screen voltage, starting position of the cable truss and other adjustable parts is an easy but effective method in maintenance. By adjusting the adjustable parts, some harmless faults can be corrected. If a winding machine that has been used for many years is repaired in an enterprise, its system display screen is dark, and it is normal after adjusting the screen power supply voltage.


4、 Spare parts replacement method


During the maintenance of the winding machine, replace the parts suspected of failure with intact spare parts. After the maintenance personnel basically judge the cause of the failure, they can use this method to quickly diagnose the scope of the failure, and quickly put the winding machine into normal operation, and then return the damaged parts for repair. This is the common troubleshooting method used by Z at present.
