Introduction to Rotary Valve Type Zirconia Ceramic Injection Pump

Zirconia ceramic is a material with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Ceramic injection pumps are widely used in industries such as batteries, pharmaceuticals, electronics, machinery, chemical and textile industries, thanks to the excellent performance of zirconia ceramic.

The rotary valve type zirconia ceramic injection pump is generally a centrifugal pump, and its impeller, volute, shaft seal chamber, and suction and discharge pipes are all made of zirconia ceramic material. It is mainly used to transport highly corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and cannot transport materials containing fluorine and concentrated alkaline solution.

The flow rate of zirconia ceramic pump can reach 400m3/h; The lift can reach 50m; Operating temperature -15~100 ℃; Resistance to sudden temperature changes of 50 ℃. Ceramic pumps are often protected by armor made of cast iron outside the pump. If the user needs the impeller material, engineering plastics (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), copper, fiberglass, stainless steel, and other materials can also be selected. The shaft seal structure adopts back blade pressure reduction combined with fluororubber oil seal ring or centrifugal seal for the auxiliary impeller.

The usage temperature is below 100 ℃ (the usage temperature of engineering plastic impellers depends on the material and medium), and the temperature difference suddenly changes to less than 50 ℃. Widely used in industries such as mining, smelting, petroleum, chemicals, pesticides, dyes, etc.
