Working principle of zirconia ceramic filling pump:

(1) The downward linear movement of the rotary valve towards the inlet and the ceramic column generates negative pressure, sucks in liquid, and the upward linear movement of the rotary valve towards the outlet and ceramic column generates positive pressure and discharges liquid.

3. It is necessary to eliminate assembly gaps with various components of the filling machine (assembly gaps cause changes in stroke, resulting in inaccurate measurement), and to ensure the coaxiality of moving components (which affects the service life and filling accuracy of zirconia filling pumps).
