High temperature compressive strength of zirconia ceramics

Author:Vincent Huang Time:2023-06-28 Hits:

High temperature compressive strength is the ultimate pressure that zirconia ceramic materials can withstand per unit cross-section at high temperatures. As the temperature increases, the strength of most refractory products increases, with clay and high aluminum products being particularly significant, reaching their maximum values at 1000-1200 ℃. This is because the viscosity of the molten liquid generated at high temperatures is higher than that of the brittle glass phase at low temperatures. But the bonding between particles is stronger. As the temperature continues to rise, the intensity decreases sharply. The high-temperature compressive strength index of zirconia ceramic materials can reflect the changes in the bonding state of products at high temperatures.
