(3) The influence of magnetic pole shape. In order to work effectively and reliably, it is necessary to design the shape of the magnetic poles correctly. If the central part of the magnetic pole is an arc, it is not easy for the central part to store magnetic abrasive particles, and the central part has no grinding effect, reducing the utilization rate of the magnetic pole. If a slot is made in the center of the magnetic pole arc, the force state of the magnetic abrasive will change, causing the central part to concentrate magnetic abrasive particles and improving the utilization rate of the magnetic pole. At the same time, the design of the magnetic pole shape should make the magnetic abrasive subject to greater magnetic field force in the processing gap, thereby improving the processing efficiency of magnetic abrasive grinding.
