Processing form of zirconia thermal conductive ceramic products:


1. Mold opening processing: All products except laser processing require mold opening processing.


2. Laser processing products: According to customer requirements, laser products (aluminum nitride, aluminum oxide, zirconia, etc.) are used for scribing, drilling and opening processing. The minimum aperture of laser drilling is 0.05mm, and the thickness of laser cutting is less than 2mm. Its products have high processing precision and good repeatability.


Zirconia heat-conducting ceramics can be divided into three categories according to the different stabilizers added:

1. Characteristics of yttrium-stabilized zirconia heat-conducting ceramics: service temperature up to 2100 degrees; high density, low thermal conductivity; chemical inertness; resistance to metal melting; ion conductivity; wear resistance, high hardness, and high fracture toughness.

2. Characteristics of cerium-stabilized zirconia heat-conducting ceramics: service temperature up to 2100 degrees; high density, low thermal conductivity; chemical inertness; resistance to metal melting; wear resistance, high hardness, and high fracture toughness.
