The DSV series features high-speed closed loop servo tensioners, with maximum wire feeding speed of 25 meters per second. The combination of built-in Adaptive Speed Control Software and high-speed/high torque DC servo motor allows for fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wide tension range for high-speed precision winding. The series operates with DC48V power supply, and comes with a two-stage tension setting and wire breakage detection. Its selective optional functions.

– Multiple data display of real-time tension, real-time wire speed and real-time wire length
– Tension range preset function(upper and lower tension limit) with alarm output
– Real-time commnucation with host computer, collect and record winding data(tension diagram, wire length, wire travel speed etc.)
