The magnetic tensioner NMA/MTA series uses permanent magnets to control tension strength by varying the gap in between the magnets and the main tension wheel. The non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent and precise tension.

NMA/MTA series comes with a Tension Release mechanism to assist in special operation processes such as pin termination, wire hooking etc. Improved and upgraded design in main tension wheel and wire guide roller, eliminated wire jumps and jams to ensure smooth winding. Mounting of wire break detection switch also been re-designed to improve its lifespan.
